1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using triosalon.net, creating an account, placing an order, or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and our:

- Shipping Policy
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Services Provided
The website is used for:
- Providing information about the products and services of THE TRIO SH.P.K.
- Online reservations (LatePoint)
- Online purchases of hair extensions (checkout and payments processed through Paysera)
TRIO may update or change site features and services to improve operations or comply with legal requirements.
3. User Accounts
- Users may create accounts to manage reservations and orders.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately at contact@triosalon.net.
- Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity (where lawful and appropriate). Data handling follows our Privacy Policy and legal retention duties.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
- Product listings and prices are an invitation to purchase, subject to availability.
- An order is placed when you complete checkout and submit payment.
- We may confirm receipt and/or acceptance electronically.
- We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order if:
- payment is not confirmed,
- suspected fraud/abuse,
- stock unavailability,
- obvious technical/pricing error (if this occurs after payment, we will refund you).
5. Payments and Processing
- All online payments are processed through Paysera.
- TRIO does not store or process bank card data (card number/CVV).
- TRIO is not responsible for transaction delays, declines, or authentication failures caused by the user’s bank, Paysera risk checks, incorrect payment details entered by the user, or third-party network issues.
Important: Payment authorization decisions by banks/processors do not remove your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
A) Order cancellation (before shipment)
Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been processed or handed over for shipment. Contact us immediately at contact@triosalon.net with your order number.
B) Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and by Law No. 06/L-034 on Consumer Protection.
- If a refund is approved, it is normally issued back to the original payment method through Paysera (or by another method if expressly agreed).
- Paysera/banks may require processing time, but TRIO remains responsible for applying consumer rights and refund decisions consistent with applicable law and our published policies.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (UPS primarily, sometimes DHL). We provide tracking after dispatch and handle delays/loss/refusal procedures as stated in that policy.
8. Salon Reservations
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- You must provide accurate contact information for confirmations and updates.
- If you arrive late, service time may be reduced.
- We recommend cancellations/rescheduling as early as possible (e.g., at least 24 hours where possible). Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions, where lawful and proportionate.
9. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability
- Prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice (this does not affect accepted orders).
- Promotions/discount codes may have conditions and may be changed or discontinued.
- If an obvious error occurs (pricing, description, stock), we may correct it and cancel/refund affected orders.
10. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- misuse the website (fraud, hacking, malware, scraping, interference with security),
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts/checkout/infrastructure,
- abuse returns/refunds or submit false claims,
- upload unlawful or harmful content.
We may suspend access or cancel orders where misuse is suspected.
11. Liability
TRIO shall not be held liable for damages caused by:
- improper use of the website,
- incorrect information provided by users,
- events beyond TRIO’s reasonable control (carrier delays, customs holds, third-party outages, force majeure),
except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.
12. B2B / Wholesale Terms (Professionals)
If you purchase as a business/professional (wholesale):
- Consumer withdrawal rules (14-day change-of-mind) are not intended to apply to B2B purchases.
- Returns/exchanges require TRIO approval in writing and must be unopened/unused/sealed unless the case is a verified defect/wrong item.
- TRIO may apply reasonable handling/restocking terms agreed before accepting a B2B return.
- Verified wrong/defective items are handled by replacement/refund depending on stock and verification.
13. Data Deletion Requests
To delete your account or request deletion of personal data (where legally possible), email contact@triosalon.net. We aim to process requests within 1 month, unless the request is complex or we must retain certain data due to legal obligations (e.g., accounting records).
14. Data Protection & Marketing
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Law No. 06/L-082. We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with necessary service providers for operating the service. Marketing communications are sent only where lawful and/or with your prior consent, and you can stop them at any time.
15. Procedures in Case of Personal Data Breaches
If a personal data breach occurs, TRIO will take steps to contain and assess it and will notify the Agency for Information and Privacy (AIP) and affected individuals where required under Law No. 06/L-082, without undue delay.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by TRIO or licensed to TRIO and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Kosovo. Consumers retain mandatory rights granted by consumer protection legislation.
