1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, except for products excluded by law.
2. Hygienic Products – Legal Exemption
THE TRIO SH.P.K. sells only hygienic products, specifically:
- Hair extensions
- Hair shampoo
According to the law, hygienic products cannot be returned if they have been opened after delivery.
Hair Extensions
Hair extensions may be returned only if:
- They are unopened
- They are unused
- They are in the original packaging
- The hygienic seal is intact
- The return request is made within 14 days
Opened or used hair extensions are not refundable.
Hair Shampoo
- Opened or used shampoo cannot be returned
- Unopened shampoo, in its original packaging, may be returned within 14 days
3. Non-Refundable Products
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by the consumer
- Discounted products (except in cases of defects)
- Customized or personalized orders
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:
- The order number
- Photo/video evidence
5. International Returns
- Return shipping costs are covered by the consumer
- Customs duties are not refundable
- Shipping with tracking is recommended
6. Refunds
After inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- The payment is returned using the original payment method
7. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation is allowed only before shipment
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible
