2. Services Provided
The website is used for:
- Providing information about the products and services of THE TRIO SH.P.K.;
- Online reservations through the LatePoint plugin;
- Soon, online purchases through Paysera.
3. User Accounts
Users may create accounts to manage reservations and orders;
The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their password;
Inactive accounts may be deleted after 24 months.
4. Payments and Processing
All payments are processed through Paysera;
THE TRIO SH.P.K. does not store or process bank card data;
THE TRIO SH.P.K. is not responsible for any transaction delays or rejections by the user’s bank.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment;
Refunds are processed by Paysera in accordance with their rules and applicable legislation; THE TRIO SH.P.K. follows the decision of Paysera/the bank.
6. Liability
THE TRIO SH.P.K.. shall not be held liable for damages caused by improper use of the website or by information provided by users.
7. Deletion of Personal Data
If you wish to delete your account or all personal data, please send an email to contact@triosalon.net.
Requests are processed within 1 month.
8. Data Protection
All data collected for marketing purposes is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. We do not sell, distribute, or share your data with anyone outside the company. When we send notifications about products or services, such communications are sent only with the user’s prior consent and may be discontinued at any time by contacting contact@triosalon.net.
9. Procedures in Case of Data Breaches
In the event of any personal data breach, THE TRIO SH.P.K. shall immediately notify the Agency for Information and Privacy, in accordance with Article 33 of the law.
